This patch provides for a distinction between identity and equality for datatypes. For most datatypes, the identity relation is the equality relation.
However: - 0.0 is equal but not identical to -0.0 for float and double datatypes
- for date/time datatypes, two values representing the same "moment in time" but with different 'original' timezones are equal but not identical
