Intermittent error on validating XML. The same XML structure can be
successfully parsed at a later time.
Occurs mostly when JVM is busy handling other XML servers (up to 10 in
singleThreaded mode).
Running in singleThreadedMode as Xerces 2.6.2 is not proving to be thread safe.
