HI, I believe there is a problem when validating against a schema, and that schema uses groups.
I've attached a small schema and an example that demonstrates this. The example has two elements that are identical and should both validate correctly but the element created from a group fails (I believe that the wrong type is assigned to an element when it is a member of a group)
