Creating a Document with Namespace Support

Hi All,

Can anyone please explain the process of creating a DOM Document with
Namespace support from scratch?  Creating a normal DOM document is
simple enough, but I can't seem to be able to create one with a namespace.
I'm using Xerces-J-1_4_0.
