You are correct, thank you. I noticed that immediately after I
uploaded it. The current versions:
-rw-r--r-- 1 jasons xml 267951 Sep 7 14:39 XML-Xerces-1.5.5.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 jasons xml 232 Sep 7 14:39 XML-Xerces-1.5.5.tar.gz.asc
have the patch.
