I must admit that I am pretty much to blame for this. The current state is that the docs are pretty much ready for release - they just need me to generate the PDFs. The thing that initially kept me from pushing the button was the unclear state of the ontology, and it seems that a lot of the high-profile FOSS projects are moving towards the Nepomuk ontologies. I still think that there are a lot of people out there using (or waiting for) the xesam ontologies however. Also about the ontology it was never cleared out what to do with "link-by-id", see: - http://xesam.org/main/XesamOntologyAbout (section "Ids and Object Relations") - http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xesam/ the discussion in december/january The ontology-limbo is not to blame though. I simply got suck up into starting out a new company in my spare time as well as having incredibly busy times in my day time job. The bottom line is that I should simply get my ass in gear and put that 1.0 online - meaning accepting link-by-id as it is now. -- Cheers, Mikkel _______________________________________________ Xesam mailing list [email protected] http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/xesam
