This (like my earlier reply) is typed on an IBM Model M keyboard (the real thing, clicky, dating from circa 1985 : see Exhibit `A' <https://picasaweb.google.com/110725905659537251822/IBMModelMKeyboard?authkey=Gv1sRgCMbhqKypi57lNw#5651442526952322114>), and is used to compose strictly ASCII text. If I want Unicode, I copy and paste it from the web.
