You are quoting *three* packages (xkeyval, polyglossia, exaccent),
which of them do you mean with *both*?
It is a bug in polyglossia that xkeyval has to be loaded manually
before polyglossia, because polyglossia has
forgotten \RequirePackage{xkeyval}.
