The problem looks to be with Ghostscript.
You may be using different versions, so check that first.

Yes. That PDF presumably has some text in it, using Times font as  
TimesNewRomanPSMT .
Others used to using XeTeX under Linux may be able to offer a more detailed 
understanding
of the specific kind of error.
