The index.html in /usr/share/xfce4/doc/C/ links to xffm.html as the filemanager
yet xffm has been superseeded by thunar.
I think this wants to be removed; I'm not sure if the thunar docs are always
installed to a consistent location but if so I'd replace the link to whereever
the thunar ones end up.
