Happens here, too. As a matter of fact I know that this is not related to Gtk
since I did not upgrade Gtk between switching from Xfce 4.4 to Xfce 4.6.
I suspect Firefox isn't affected because it has its own unique way of creating
the tooltip windows. But that doesn't make the issue any less strange.
