This seems a bit confused, I would suggest discussing your problems either on
Xubuntu forums (Xfce is not Xubuntu) or Xfce mailing lists first and once you
have determined that you've hit a bug in the software, then enter a complete,
fully detailed bug report.
Bugzilla is a bug reporting tool, it's not for general problem discussions.
Mailing lists are more appropriate for that.
Please note, I am not saying that we don't want to help you, I am just saying
that bugzilla is not the most effective tool at this stage of the
investigations of your problem.
