When a remote directory (e.g. sftp://) is opened, it is not being updated
consistently. This is apparent when file operations are being performed.
Example: I can move a file out of a remote directory, however it will still be
shown as present until F5 is pressed manually.
Example 2: I modify a remote file with a local program. The modification date
displayed by Thunar will not change. Pressing F5 also does not update the date.
I have to leave the folder and return for the date to finally be updated!
