Let's see: 1 - You said "i can say that this issue occurs with thunar only, too", can you start thunar via terminal now? Any suspicious message? Also check .xsession-errors for thunar messages. 2 - Can you reproduce this problem in another machine or VM? 3 - Would kindly record a small video (or GIF) showing how to reproduce?
