When thumbnail generation is disabled, the thumbnails are not displayed in the
replace dialog window, only file icons.
KDE Dolphin displays thumbnails in this dialog window even when thumbnail
generation is disabled, which is very handy.
Suggestion: add a feature to enable thumbnails only in replace dialogs.
