I apologize for disturbing you again.
Because the active/open Tab in Nautilus is very well separated from the
inactive Tabs!
The active/open Tab in Thunar is very similar in color to the inactive Tabs.
This way, a user in Thunar can confuse an active/open Tab and an inactive Tabs.
Is it possible to change the SHAPE of the Tabs, using different themes
(https://www.xfce-look.org)?
