I'd love to do this (for each language mike and one of the language translators are coordinators and both can 'accept' new translators for that language). Then we don't necessarily need the introduction on [email protected] too, but because you cannot share translation groups between projects, this requires a new translator to ask for translation permissions for all the 99 projects (eventually) and one of the coordinators has to accept all these requests.
