Looked to the error logs on the server and the file in git, but nothing was reported or wrong, so i have no idea. I manually committed your translation, so it is updated, but no idea why the submit goes wrong in your languae....
One thing to check out (unless you already did..) I was able to submit a new translation yesterday. When attempting to modify it afterwards the error was displayed.
