The problem whit that if a minor change is done like 'estan -> están' as
far I underestan that isnot take, right?
So Even if I tweak (using new ortographic for example) but not reach that
'minmal difference' that translation isnot submited?

and what about the already fixed problem in es.po in parole (since 2 month
now) that arent updated because old translation and new are both 100%??

or changes like acutes (in some languages acutes change the meanig on a
word) in 2 or 3 words??

why not for a 'rc1-2' force update all the po files for prevent this??
