Only for the record, you need force update translation whit 100% since for changes at 100% translation, because transifex submiter not take in acount changes done to 100% translations even if those are ortografic fixes.
In resume: if a 100% is done and updated and I fix in transifex in the same 100% translation mixed changes those aren't taked by our upload script never, so you need update manually.
