suggestions or comments, it's better to use this mailing list.

Can't you make the change on Transifex because the string is reviewed?
Either you can ask the others to give you permission to change
reviewed strings, or they can unview it or ask them to look at your
suggestions.
Transifex suggestion/comment does work so super good.
I dont think other people are informed when you suggest or write a
comment.
I dont even see that i can search for suggestions so i dont know how
people would notice them.
