Transifex supports ca@valencia, someone just has to request it since
it's not possible to have an empty team.

The only member that was in ca-ES team is already a member of ca.
What's the benefit of adding "ca@valencia" team? Wouldn't it
likewise cause an effort duplication?
If the strings are to be the same, then I guess it should be
handled by our script that takes care of transifex synchronization.
I sent an email asking for volunteers for ca@valencia (Valencian) team.
I'm not used to writing with Valencian rules, for that reason I can
not be part of ca@valencia team.

* ca@valencia: Valencian (regulated by the AVL
