The localization instructions on the Xfce site ask one to go to the following page:
https://www.transifex.com/organization/xfce/ This page is inaccessible to me, and it is impossible to join a team or submit a request for a language, unless I go to some project page which is prohibited by the same instruction. Could you give me the actual instructions of how join a team or request a language?
