pot files are created by our transifex synchronization script[1].
You can clone the repositories you need and on its po folder run "intltool-update --pot --gettext-package $(cd ..; basename $PWD)".

Sounds a little complicated.
I just run tx command with -s to get the source file (en.po).
Which is sort of the same as a pot file.

Are there some msg* command or other command i can run on the en.po file to make it an empty pot file?

I would like the lateste pot files that matches the po files on
    Transifex.

Because i want to make diff files that shows all the string changes
    from
4.12 to now so i can show others and also my self.

    Where can i find them?

I guess i could take the po files and empty all the msgstr values.
Does anyone know how to do that?
