And like zvacet said, it does not matter how we translate, it always
shows the problem.
%u only exists in the [2] translation of of the following:

If %u was added to [0] and [1] the error would go away.
Check that this string in the header is correct for the language:

I don't think Transifex allows for translators to change the header.
If you change the header and upload the file Transifex will just change
the header.
But you are looking at the 4.14 file. In master it says:
"Project-Id-Version: Thunar\n"
