I see xfdashboard was added to Xfce Apps on transifex.
But it seems to be pretty much untranslated despite i already translated alot of it earlier elsewhere. Maybe it was on https://www.transifex.com/xfdashboard/xfdashboard/languages/
So i hope the strings that was already translated elsewhere can come into transifex.
