The proper way to request a package is:
1. Go to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/ and search for it.
Make sure to click on "Packages" and not "Applications".
2. If there is no branch for EPEL6 go to
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ and file a new bug in the Fedora
product. Select the desired package as component and add a
comment "Hey, can you please..."
