Two choices:

1) Go here  <http://rpm.pbone.net/>   mark Fedora 12 and Fedora 13.
Enter switchdesktop into the search window. Pick the one that you want.

2a) Or go here   <http://mirrors.reflected.net/fedora/linux/releases/>
 select the 13 folder (the 12 folder is empty). Select  "Everything".
Select your Arch. Select 'os'. Select 'Packages'. Search for
'switchdesktop'.

2b)  Or go here  <http://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/>
 if you want the Fedora 12 package. Follow a similar pat as in 2a
