And just to reaffirm my view on this.
I really think this theming thing is unimportant (or almost).
IMO, if we have a minimum familiarity with Linux we will look for a
distro's usability (how it works and can be maintained), ease/features
of installing, no clutter (specially in 'lighter' spins).
And of course the live session must work well to give the right impression.
