are my notes on how to upgrade from 24 to 25:

How to upgrade Fedora Code (FC) 24 to FC25:
Note: as of FC24, Fedup is dead, it's been replaced by
dnf-plugin-system-upgrade package

# dnf update --refresh
# dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade
# dnf system-upgrade download --allowerasing --refresh --releasever=25
