As a longtime fan of XFCE and the Bluebird GTK and XFWM themes created by the Shimmer Project, it pains me to say this, but I think folks may want to reconsider whether to include the bluebird-gtk2-theme and bluebird-gtk3-theme packages in the Fedora 29 XFCE spin by default. The Bluebird theme already has trouble rendering menu bars and certain other widgets in certain common XFCE apps in Fedora 28 [1], and with the versions shipped in Fedora 29, the problems are even worse (as tested in a Fedora 29 XFCE Beta 1.5 VM) [2].
