I am not sure what's the cause of failure here. Kevin might know (CC'ed).
In the absence of Xfce spin, I suggest using a net install (server) iso
and selecting Xfce from the package selection menu.
Some sort of odd network issue it looks like. ;(
Hopefully it will be back tonight.
