This is in my list of things to change but have not got to it. Can you
please point out specific ones if you already know? I will get them
removed from the default installation as applicable.

What package is this? I do not see this theme in live image or repos?
Any chance you are referring to an icon theme?

Yes. I have been slowly getting things up to speed. It is missing
thunar-volman at the moment but everything else should be good. I just
have not announced it to the wider community yet.  I will need to make
some changes though (e.g. Applications menu is weird, by default). I
want to make it look decent (like the one in 4.14 or earlier).

Xfce 4.16 will be available in Fedora 34 formally. My plan is to submit
xfce-4.16 as a change for Fedora 34. F33 will have my COPR repo.
