There are NV11 (GeForce2 MX) base cards which are PCI and have dual
outputs. They have palettes on both heads, but the second head
can only manage a 150 MHz pixel clock, which means you can't really
do much more than 1280x1024 on the second head. Newer dual head
cards don't have those limitations (350 MHz on both heads), but
I haven't seen any PCI versions. Also, beware that the open source
"nv" driver that comes with XFree86 doesn't support use of both
heads simultaneously. Dual head operation with NVIDIA cards requires
NVIDIA's binary Linux or FreeBSD drivers.
