Did you run X on this system before? Was it running when it stopped functioning? You can do one thing. From your console, run Xconfigurator. I think your linux version is 7.3 or so. Xconfigurator can probe most cards and might pick up yours too. Do you have any idea what is the motherboard on your PC?
