Good morning,
i wrote you because my Red Hat Linux 7.0
Xconfigurator doesn't recognize my video card (nVidia GeForce 2 MX 100/200 - 32
MB). It's impossible starting X graphic interface, only text mode it's ok.
Running Xconfigurator an error message appears after selected a screen and when
system try to run X to test video.
I found your address on XFree86.0.log file, this
is the last part of that file:
(--) PCI: x(1:0:0) Nvidia
unknown chipset (0x0111) rev 178, Mem etc...
...
...
(EE) No device
detected
Fatal server
error:
no screens
found
Can you help me?
Is it the wrong driver?
How can i change the video card
driver?
Is there something else?
Bye.
