Same problem. Dell Inspiron 4150, Radeon 7500 Mobility (M7 LW),
Mandrake 9.1, XFree86 4.3.0, Charl Botha's DRI Resume drivers.
Also, are you really sure the corruption after restoring from a truly blanked
screen (via Fn-D) is caused by the BIOS? We don't see it on Windows,
and it would be really nice if it worked for us laptop users who want to
conserve battery power.
