[XFree86] startx does not run.

After I have adjusted the XFree86Config of KDE, I can't run the startX server.
In the menu of XFree86Config of KDE, I just changed vender name from monitor0 to 
Likom. Why does it happen?

I attached two files -- /var/log/XFree86.0.log
                                /etc/X11/xfree86.conf
