I've finally been able to built the XFree86 server under unixware 7.1.3. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the stock Xsco server under unixware?
I've tried disabling Xsco (scologin disable) and then starting XFree86 but scologin appears to delete the named pipes and other stuff in /dev/X and /tmp/.X*. I get these errors: _XSERVTransSocketUNIXCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed _XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: server already running Fatal server error: Cannot establish any listening sockets - Make sure an X server isn't already running When reporting a problem related to a server crash, please send the full server output, not just the last messages. This can be found in the log file "/var/adm/XFree86.0.log". Please report problems to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Can anyone who replaced Xsco share any pointers?
