[XFree86] X11 help

I can not start KDE startx
I attached logs.
I had no problems with FreeBSD 4,8 to configure X's. But at this
moment with 5,1 I can't run it.
I tryed on /stand/sysinstall configuration and ole XF86Config from
FreeBsD and KDE 3.1 and I can't start X.
Please give me some good advices...
