You appear to have an invalid XF86Config file.

Log in as root
Save your old /etc/X11/XF86Config file
Run XFree86 -configure to generate an XF86Config file
Copy the new config file into /etc/X11/XF86Config
Test it using XFree86

If you still have problems, provide more details about your system otherwise it may be difficult to diagnose the problem.
