Hello! I have a problem with my nVIDIA graphics card. The display flahes and does not complete.
When I run the command startx I get the following message: Fatal server error: server is already active for display 0 If this server is no longer running, remove /tmp/.X0-lock and start again. XIO: Fatal IO error 104(connection reset by peer)on X server ":0.0" after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining. In the /var/log/messages file I get the following messages : kdm[5679] IO Error in XopenDisplay kdm[5670] Display :0 cannot be opened. I would be grateful if you could give me some indications.
