First of all, sorry for this question. I'm sure you've heard it many times before but is it possible at all to make X running with an S3G KM400 (VIA MainBoard, Debian/unstable on (!) an Acer Aspire 1353) ? X --configure detects a Savage3D chipset but trying to run X with a considering driver fails : no device detected !
I tried finding any drivers for Debian on www.viarena.com but there seems only to be hope for Red Hat users. Anyway, thanks in advance !
