I think the problem lies here: (WW) RADEON(0): Monitor0: Using default hsync range of 28.00-33.00kHz You get a hsync out of range on almost all your resolutions, as 33 KHz is way too low to get anything done. :) My monitor runs 27-110 kHz; you might want to check your monitor specs for yours, and update your monitor settings in the configuration file accordingly.
