I am not sure it this is an application problem, my desktop(kde) or an xfree86 problem. When I am opening 2 windows from the same application, it doesn't allow them to be seperate windows. One window will have the minimize option greyed out and the other window will be just fine. When I minimize one the other will also minimize. Can anyone help with this?
