Neither of your cards are supported by XFree86 4.2.0. The 0x0322 card
should work with 4.3, but is technically not supported until 4.4. The
0x0341 card isn't expected to work prior to 4.4. You'll either need
to upgrade to XFree86 4.4 or get NVIDIA's binary Linux drivers, which
should work with your current XFree86 version. The xf86PciInfo.h is
irrelevant.
