Hi,

I'll spend some time to totally segregate ZLIB components from RTL into
a separate lib as what we did with PCRE. The codes will be taken AS-IS
with the least minimum alteration if so required.

We know that the current xHarbour ZLIB is basically version 1.1.4 which
has been far outdated with the current version 1.2.3.

As a consequence, we'll probably have another have-to-link-lib, which is
zlib.lib when building an application.

But we'll have many advantages, ie. integration of many utilities using
ZLIB into xHarbour more flexibly (ie. LIBPNG and the like).

Should there be any suggestion or objection, please say so.
