Hi:

Is there any reason why ace.h in contrib\rdd_ads continues to have
a couple of hacks at the top of it?

The idea from now on would be to simple copy the most current
ace.h provided by Advantage w/o any hacks and handle any
version specific issues in Andi's ace32.c.

Brian and me are of the idea we shouldn't be touching an externally
provided source file.  Is there any valid reasons to keep hacking
this file please let us know the reasons for it.
