Using the cvs from June 4, my app performed wonderfully (the best ever)
under our stress test, although manual testing with some windows did have
those
errors Luis was discussing.
The new cvs after your fixes does indeed seem to fix those errors, but
now the stress test is failing. There's a significant memory leak, and the
test
fails after as few as 150 repetitions, where before it went over 1000
every time.
Though manual usage of the program has not yet shown any visible
problems, the drop in performance on the stress test is so significant
I'd expect other people to be seeing a problem too.
It's been a long time since I needed to chase unreleased memory blocks
and such. Do we have a doc that covers the current state of debugging
techniques? FM_STATISTICS handling changed since the last time I
touched it; is that the recommended starting point?
