Andi,

IMHO we should follows a numeric sequence. Until xharbour reach 1.0 stay a long 
time, now we wants jump from 1.0 to 1.2 and maybe tomorrow jumps from 1.2 to 
1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and so on. It seems xharbour always wants to go forward harbour 
version.
